Its Developers
Nine years ago,
based on a coaching client's request, we began developing a simple
bonus tracking software designed to save the staff members time,
encourage higher levels of production, and provide timely reports
for the agency. Over the years, the system has been co-designed
by agents, staff members, management people, and outside software
consultants. The system is now being used by over 300 insurance
agencies around the country, and the number of clients almost doubles
annually. Over 99% of all sales come from either direct referrals,
invitations to speaking engagements (in person or by teleconference),
or group purchases. Clients include career agents and independent
agents, multiline and property & casualty agents.

customers both understand and use our products. We are completely
committed to do whatever we can to help you increase production,

Our Team Members
Wade Galt,
the first developer of the system, has been involved in the insurance
business for over 25 years. He has worked as an Agency Staff Person,
Claim Representative, Sales and Marketing Trainer, Computer Trainer,
Business Analyst for a Company-wide Software Creation, Executive
Leadership Coach, Agency Teamwork Consultant, Mulit-Line Sales Coach,
and Outside Subject Matter Expert / Consultant on the Multi-Line
Insurance and Financial Service Sales Process. Wade has obtained
the CLU and CPCU designations. He also has a Master's degree in
Mental Health Counseling Psychology, which he has used on more than
one occasion in the insurance and software fields.
Laura Bortz
is a solid, polite, patient, helpful, and continuously complimented
support person who helps agents, team members, and management personnel
understand the system and do the most important thing of all - implement
it!
