•#REF! Errors occur when information on the Producer file Entry Screens is moved from one line to another. (i.e if on the Auto Entry Screen a date is dragged from one line to another).
•To avoid these errors in the future, please enter the policy information in each line, do not move it, cut it or drag it.

How Do I Fix the Error?
•Open the PRODUCER file with the error… (It will have the error in other columns than just the Total Bonus)
•Go to the PAYROLL screen…
•Click on the light blue FIX ERRORS button at the top of the screen…
•Then click on the orange ACCESS THE #REF FIX FILE button (See Video 2 Below)
•Simply follow instructions from there (If you get an error that says FILE NOT FOUND, please look at Video #3 or let us know).
The fix usually only needs to be done on the file that is the source of the problem. (Not on other Producer files).
